Honey Apprentice Program
 

At Honey, we believe in nurturing the next generation of stylists with care, intention, and expert guidance. Our Honey Apprentice Program is a one-year paid apprenticeship designed to give you everything you need to grow into a skilled, confident stylist in a supportive and creative environment.

Throughout the year, you’ll work closely with our talented team of stylists, assisting behind the chair, gaining hands-on experience, and building a foundation for your future success.

You’ll also receive:
​

  • 52 hours of industry-based education.

  • 12 hours of Davines-focused education to deepen your knowledge and expertise.

  • A personalized brand + social media strategy and established online presence.

  • ​Countless hours of hand-on learning with our owner, Rachel.

  • Partial clientele to help you start growing your book of business.
     

Upon completing the program, you'll have the opportunity to stay with us as a full-time stylist, with a clear path to success at Honey. Apply now for the opportunity to join a team that values growth, kindness, and community.

Hairstylist
 

At Honey, we created something different. We know that stylists deserve to love their jobs, feel supported, and have the freedom to create the career they want. If you’re an experienced stylist with 3+ years in the industry and an established clientele, you could be a good fit for our team.

 

We prioritize your independence and support your growth - because when you love your job, it shows in the work you do.

Here’s what we offer at a glance:

  • Commission-based pay with the opportunity for raises every quarter, paid holidays, incentives, etc..

  • Full-time schedule options (4 days per week) with flexibility for 2- or 3-day work weeks

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching + ongoing education to help you grow and evolve as a stylist

  • A team-based environment that emphasizes collaboration, not competition

  • Work-life balance - we understand that you need freedom and flexibility, and we respect that
