Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of the service scheduled.

We understand situations arise that are out of your control. Inability to come to an appointment due to extreme weather conditions or unexpected sickness will always be excused; as long as it is not taken advantage of.
​
Repeat consecutive cancellations and no shows will be banned from booking future appointments.
​
Appointments can be cancelled or reschedule through the link received in your confirmation email or text.
Adjustment Policy
We want you to look and feel your best! At Honey, our stylists strive to create an understanding of what is attainable for each visit based on allotted time, pricing quoted, and keeping the integrity of your hair intact.

We are humans preforming these services and that means occasionally, we may miss the mark. If you feel a slight adjustment is necessary, we ask that you contact Honey via email or text within 7 days of your original appointment. Your stylist will reach out to get you back on their schedule to make the adjustment. Each situation will be considered individually and adjustments will be made at our discretion.

Please understand we do not offer refunds.
Online Booking
All appointments must be made online or pre-booked during your salon visit.
​
A card is required to keep on file at the time of booking, but will only be charged in the event of a no show or unexcused cancellation.
​
Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. If you have questions or an issue with our booking site reach out via email and we will get back to you within 48 business hours.
Referrals
If you were referred by someone please mention their name in the "message" section before you complete your booking.
​
First time clients referred by someone else will receive $25 off their first visit to Honey. The client who referred them will receive $25 off their next visit with us.
​
This referral program applies to all current clients. One credit can be used per visit.
